Digital Marketing: Skills Training

On th 7th day of April, 2017 Marketing 111 students together with our Professor went down to Iligan to attend our Digital Marketing:Skills training in ICI.

  Our first speaker Ms. Lisa Marie Mirasol- Travel blogger and Social Media Marketing Specialist- one of yhe famous blogger in the Philippines share us her knowledge about setting up an E- Commerce Site.  For our second speaker also a blogger and a social media marketing specialist Mr. Vic Marion Madriaga. Giving us information about the basics of Social Media Marketing. Tips on how to effectively use social media to promote a business. As he said "Listen- listen to comments on social media about your business, Create a strategy, then reply". Another thing is in making a promotional tool is that we should be Visual, for the reason that it gives more persuasion to the people, it is more believable to see the product than to here about it.

  On to our third speaker an Enterprise owner also owns a printer shop, the Dexter Print house. She speaks about Graphics Designing. She taught us the basics of using a photo shop, like how to erase and change the color of the background, getting the color of the dress to the text font and so on. She may had a little amount of time to share us for more but she sure gave us enough for us to start to explore for ourselves. 
 Now to our last speaker, also an Enterprise owner Mr. Francis Steve Martinez. He's been in demand in making videos for weddings, prenuptial and the likes in Marawi City. He shared tips and tricks on Creating Awesome Videos. His topic keeps us to listen and interest builds in our system. Given the fact that his videos are remarkable. Going MSU,Marawi City.

MSU, Marawi consist of many place to explore and many delicacies to taste. My favorite spots are in the vast field of golf course where you can relax and at the same time looking the view of the famous 'Sleeping Lady' mountain and the other one is in Ayala Resort. To reach MSU, Marawi City: 1. Go to South bound terminal in Iligan City. 2. You may ask someone to give you which jeep or armak to ride on. Fair for only Php. 50.00. It takes approximately 1 hour and 15/ 20 minutes to arrive in MSU. Welcome to MSU. Entrance Now if you feel hungry after the tiring trip there are many food establishments inside the campus and it is located in the campus' Commercial Center where the armak will have its final stop.  My number 1 pick to satisfy your tommy is in D'dhones located at upper comcent. A Páter is a popular dish in Marawi City, Philippines mostly in Muslim areas. It consist of Yellow rice and a spicy meat, either beef or chicken, mixed with spices and grated coconut. Every establishments here in Mindanao State University has their own special recipe and each of them have their own unique flavor. A maranao friend of mine told me that if you eat this you should not drink any cold beverages the reason is that it will worsen the spiciness you felt inside you tongue. Maybe this will apply to other spicy dish.
